How long does the process normally Take?

The starter project timeline is around 4-6 weeks depending on feedback. Any add-ons can extend this timeline.

How Do i secure my booking?

Your spot is secured when the deposit has been received. That will also be when you sign your contracts after acceptance of the project proposal.

do you offer website design?

At this moment, we do not offer website design services.

I don’t see the add-on i’m looking for?

No problem, the services listed are not an exhaustive list. I am dedicated to offering packages that are tailored to you. Just describe the add-on you are looking for when you inquire and we can discuss it during our discovery call.

Do you offer just a logo?

A logo is necessary for your brand but it doesn’t convey the whole story. I specialize in in-depth branding projects which include more than a logo.

THE PROCESS

DISCOVERY

Send your inquiry through the contact page, and once it’s reviewed, we’ll set up a discovery call to dive into your project. Afterward, I’ll send over a tailored project proposal for you to review, and once approved, we can start the onboarding process.

ONBOARDING

First, we’ll confirm your spot with a signed contract and deposit. Once completed, you’ll gain access to your client portal, where all project details and files will be easily accessible. From there, we’ll dive into creative direction.

CREATIVE DIRECTION

In this step, you’ll complete a detailed brand questionnaire that will set up your brand strategy. Using your feedback, I’ll craft two brand moodboards, allowing you to choose the creative direction that best aligns with your vision.

DESIGN

I’ll design your brand’s new identity, from the logo to the color palette and everything you need. Once the first concepts are done, you’ll get your brand presentation, ensuring the final hand is a bold, standout identity that aligns perfectly with your vision.

REVISIONS

I’m committed to delivering quality work, and revisions are part of the process. Through collaborative feedback sessions, we’ll refine the design together, ensuring it perfectly aligns with your vision and creates the bold brand you want.

OFFBOARDING

With your brand identity finalized, we’re ready to offboard! After the final payment, I’ll package and deliver all your brand assets—logos, color palette, typography, and illustrations—along with comprehensive brand guidelines and quick guides.
